Fly Baby watchOS App

The FlyBaby watchOS app does not collect data which identifies any particular user. No user login is required to use the features. Users may not request a log of their activity or content on the app because it has not been stored on any device other than their own Apple Watch.

Terms of Use

Users of the FlyBaby watchOS app shall do so at their own risk. The User has sole responsibility for any loss of their equipment, or any other loss. In no event shall Cardigan Labs, LLC be responsible for any damage arising out of the use or inability to use the FlyBaby watchOS app, even if Cardigan Labs, LLC has advised the User of the possibility of such damages.

Location Data

Location data such as the user’s longitude, latitude, and current heading is used for navigation features only. The data does not leave the device the user is using.

Preferences & Recent Destinations

User preferences are listed out in the product manual. This information is stored, and will be included in device backups should the user choose to do so. These preferences include up to 10 recent destinations to which the user has navigated.

Fly Baby website

The FlyBaby website may collect anonymous data using Google Analytics in order to optimize the delivery of content on the site. Users will not be required to create an account or enter any personal data in order to use the features of the site. Google Analytics will place a cookie on the user’s machine which identifies the browser session, but does not store information which can directly identify any particular person.
